8月24日消息 今天，IGN发布了对微软Xbox负责人菲尔·斯宾塞的采访。
在采访中，斯宾塞再次强调，微软没有推出Xbox Series X|S主机半代升级版的计划，而是将继续专注于已经发售的硬件。
斯宾塞表示，游戏的画面和感觉不仅仅取决于像素数或分辨率，还取决于光照技术和其他因素。
换言之，微软认为，XSX|S潜力还没有得到充分发挥，现在要做的，是让开发者适应硬件，并充分利用其机能。
因此，目前微软将推出的唯一一款新主机，是增加了存储空间的Xbox Series S。
不过，需要注意的是，根据爆料消息，微软或许将在2025年左右推出包括无光驱版XSX在内的新硬件。
这或许与微软Xbox部门的下一步计划有关。
