7月13日消息 针对爱奇艺TV版被质疑偷占用户宽带一事，客服回应称，可自行关闭“HCDN开关”。
近日，有网友在社交平台发帖称，爱奇艺TV版APP即奇异果TV在电视机处于息屏休眠状态时，仍有1-5M/s的上传速度，只有彻底断掉电源才会停止。
随后这吸引了大量用户的围观，该网友表示，新买的电视机，仅安装了爱奇艺TV版APP，在强制关闭之后上传速度就变成了0。其质疑爱奇艺将用户电视当免费服务器，影响其他的网络使用及速度。
奇异果客服人员针对此事回应称，如果用户怀疑软件占用宽带流量，可以在软件内快速点击5-8次菜单键调出“反馈日志”，再联系客服等相关人员核查并确定具体原因。
至于在电视机息屏状态时，奇异果APP是否仍会在后台工作，奇异果客服人员表示，“应该是不会的”。
所谓的HCDN也就是Hybrid CDN，是爱奇艺技术团队研发的大规模混合架构在线视频数据分发技术。
